Where the project started

A buyer assessing an asset needs more than a listed price: relevant comparisons, suitability for their needs and possible further investment. Azitis needed a feature bringing these reference points into the asset assessment experience.

What we built for this project

We worked on the AI estimation and personalised recommendation component. The interface presents an indicative range, market comparables and additional costs to consider, giving users supporting information to assess alongside the recommendation.
